Telephone Client service

Customers of the Moscow Head Office of the Credit-Moscow Bank can now take advantage of our Telephone Client service, a fast and convenient way to receive automated information over the phone.

Telephone Client gives you 24 hour access to:  

• details of your bank balance(s)
• information on exchange rates for buying and selling currency with Credit-Moscow Bank
• information on exchange rates set by the Bank of Russia
• the address and opening hours of the Head Office of the Credit-Moscow Bank, as well as your local branch
• information on the services offered by Credit-Moscow Bank to individual customers and business clients

Our automated information line keeps your details safe using confidential login codes, passwords and account numbers, issued on connection to the service.

Customers will require a touch-tone telephone to use the service. Most telephones can be switched to tone dialing by selecting the “TONE *” option located on the handset.  Mobile telephones are automatically set to tone dialing. When calling from a payphone please press "ANSWER" for tone dialing.

How to use the system:

In order to enter the system, please do the following:

• dial +7 (495) 237 5501 or 913 8547
• switch your telephone to tone dialing
• on entering the system listen to the voice menu and follow the instructions.

Unlike speaking to an operator, getting balance information from our automated service is entirely free of charge.
